My breast cancer has been metastatic in my lungs since 2011. Since it has recently been progressing, I have been looking for what other treatments I can do that might make a difference. I went to San Diego to get Autonomic Response Testing (ART) done by Dr. Michael Finkelstein. This is a process developed by Deidrich Klinghardt, in Germany, and involves a form of muscle testing.

He tested me for viruses, parasites, bacteria, heavy metals, foods, and many remedies. In the food category, he recommended I don’t eat grains, sugar, eggs, or dairy. I have already not been eating grains and sugar for many years, but I have been eating eggs and dairy. He said this may not be a permanent issue, but might be related to the pneumonia I had recently.

I started this dietary change on May 1st and am struggling with finding substitutes for my favorites like kefir, cheese, and yogurt. There is nothing on a restaurant brunch menu that I can eat with these limitations. I know it’s healthier to eat at home anyway, but sometimes I just need a break.

I also tested high in aluminum, which is very common in women with breast cancer. Dr. Finkelstein recommended three supplements; this is what he said about them:

The Polmolo is specifically made by Klinghardt for the lungs (hence the “polm,” as in pulmonary). The formulation is designed to help the lung tissue rid itself of accumulated Aluminum.

The Chlorella is a blue-green algae (essentially a living organism) that is rich in nutrients (including protein), but has the action of “binding” toxins that circulate in the body, which helps you eliminate them. In conjunction with the Polmolo, it will help you clear the aluminum, in addition to other inflammatory debris. It is quite nutrient dense as well, so it is fortifying.

The Megaspore Biotic is a special blend of probiotics that I have found to be the most restorative. I intuit that your need for this now is a result of the dysbiosis created by your recent course of antibiotics. I don’t anticipate you will need more than just what is in the single bottle (while the others might be something you will benefit from for a few months at least).

I am taking all three supplements, not eating eggs or dairy, and still looking for other options to create a healthier terrain in my body. Today I had an appointment with an acupuncturist and am thinking of adding that to my healing modalities. It’s challenging to stay within my financial means and do treatments that aren’t covered by medical insurance.
