Last month my CA 27.29 went down by 11 points. Not much, but in the right direction for the first time in a year. I said in my last post that “I anticipate a more dramatic down-turn in August.” It happened! It went down by 323 points, the most it has ever gone down in one month. Just to put this in a context, normal is 38 and at the highest point mine was 1512. It is now 1177.

This is after 6 weeks on Tamoxifen, and 6 weeks of using my far infrared sauna to detox. I am spending 20 minutes a day, five days a week, sweating at between 120 and 125 degrees Fahrenheit (50 degrees Celsius). Both of these additions to my treatment were a result of a consult my ND (Niki Young) had with Nasha Winters, ND. These were based on the results of my Nutrition Genome test. You can read more about this in my last few posts.

I have a graph of my CA 27.29 numbers for the past year. For the past month I’ve been visualizing a dramatic down turn. Now my graph looks just like the one in my imagination. I am feeling incredibly grateful.
