Online Registration – Saying Yes: Cancer as a Catalyst

Online Registration is now closed, but you can still come to the workshop on Friday, March 22, and Saturday, March 23, and register there. It’s too late to register online or by mail, fax, or phone. You can register onsite Friday morning between 8 and 9 a.m.

1. If you can, print out the Registration Form here.
2. Fill it out and bring it with you (do not fax it in). This will save time Friday morning.
   
3. Bring your lunch or plan to order from the menu or to go out. We can’t take any more lunch orders.
