- Can someone come with me if they aren’t pre-registered?
At this point, yes. We will only make lunch for the number pre-registered, so they may not receive lunch. If the workshop sells out, they cannot come. We will update this information here and on our Homepage if it sells out, so please check right before the workshop. The late registration fee, after April 7th, is $49.
- Will this workshop be too scientific for the average person to grasp?
This workshop will provide nutrition information for the average person, as well as the scientific evidence that health professionals want. The cooking demonstration will be useful for anyone who cooks. There will be an opportunity for you to ask questions, so if you don’t understand something, please ask.
