Early Registration — $129 if received by Monday, June 17, 2019
Registration — $149 if received after Monday, June 17, 2019 and by Monday, July 8, 2019
Late Registration / Walk-In — $169 if received after Monday, July 8, 2019 (if space available)
If you are financially challenged and cannot pay the full workshop fee, you can receive a partial scholarship and pay $99 or $59 if you register by June 17th, whichever fee would allow you to attend. If you register after June 17, 2019, the scholarship fees are $119 and $79. Select one of these fees when you register.
SCHOLARSHIPS
We have a very limited number of partial scholarships available for cancer patients, survivors, their families and support people, who are financially challenged. Please see the information right above, under Workshop Fee. The Scholarship options are on the Registration Form.

PARKING
Parking is free.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations received in writing or online by Monday, July 8th will receive a refund for the workshop fee and CEs, less a $25 administrative fee.
