Comments from participants
This was an outstanding conference!! Everyone
who deals with cancer should be here.
It is a unique and cutting edge approach
to cancer healing and moved me beyond
imagination. My husband and I have
had many deep and soul connecting conversations
and revelations! Thanks!!!
I needed this! I have been depressed,
and alone, with my cancer; now feeling
less alone.
Congratulations for putting together such a multi-faceted
event that met the needs of such a
diverse, huge group.
This was my first conference. I had breast
cancer, 5 surgeries in 10 weeks, 35
positive lymph nodes, chemo, radiation,
anxiety and depression. I’ve
been looking for something like this
conference and Oh My God! Thank you
for helping me find it. This was a
tremendous wonderful experience. I
finally felt like I belong. This group
this week end gives me the strength
to carry on and not be afraid.
Thank you for putting on The Turning Point
conference. It was the most moving
and healing event I’ve experienced.
I feel honored and blessed to have
attended.
This was the Viagra of the Soul!
This is my first conference and very soon
after my diagnosis of breast cancer.
It has truly helped me to embark on
my own healing journey.
I had no idea how powerful the week end
would be. Spread the word!
The conference was a wonderful experience.
I did not come with special expectations,
but came away with a tremendous feeling
of peace. Very good balance between
practical and spiritual events. Thank
you very much.
It was incredible, informative, fun, inspirational,
affirmative, heartwarming, wonderful!
The Best!
My sister and I have been attending for
four years now even if we can only
make one of the 2 days. Your conferences
are something I look forward to each
year as a time to focus on the cancer
that has touched our family and to
continue to grow from those experiences.
And to remember from seeing all the
guests that life goes on and to live
it to the fullest while we are still
here.
Thank you for all you do. These are fabulous,
life changing experiences.
An incredible, moving, inspirational, and educational experience. Full of heart and soul!
So healing to have our senses titillated
by music, dance, words of love and
life and inspiration and assurance
that there is truly a way to heal.
Thank you.
This so far exceeded my expectations. I
can only give all of you deepest heartfelt
thanks. I regret that I didn’t
make it to your earlier conferences.
As a facilitator for a group of women
whose breast cancer has metastasized
(since Nov. 99) I found myself laughing
often with tears in my throat. So glad
I came and a number of the women in
the group also came, with partners,
family members. So glad I talked it
up in group.
I keep coming back because of the feeling
of love and healing. The tremendous
generosity of your journey program
is evident, from top to bottom....you
cover it All...from fresh water, kleenex,
treats, a free ride if needed, to smiles,
hugs, to listening, sharing.....thank
you.......thank you..........thank
you
The Healing Journeys conference is so life
affirming, inspiring, and informative
that it carries me through the year.
These conferences are so inspirational to so many people,
they should go on and on!
I consider this the most spiritual week end I spend all year.
It was transformational for me. I shall
be doing some parts of my life a new
way. More in the truest level of my
being. God bless you all!
This is one of the most beautifully executed
workshops/conferences I’ve ever
been to - very considerate and attentive
to every detail and every comfort.
Thank you!
Thank you for keeping this free - low cost
- so that this information and friendship/love
is available to everyone that needs
it.
Thank you. I’ve come to these since
the first and they’ve all been
wonderful. They are wonderfully done
in every aspect: content, organization,
and presentation.
Thank you for the bright light you have brought
into my life that lasts throughout
the year. I can hardly wait for next
year. Love and blessings to you!
My first time and hopefully not my last.
It renewed my faith, hope and courage
to battle my cancer.
This is my 1st conference and I was greatly
encouraged and challenged. We will
be supporting your efforts. There are
many women and families that need to
In response to the question: “What
did you like MOST about the conference?”
The energy and love that are so strong
in the room. Great permission to just
be and enjoy.
The blend of presenters who were also very
much part of the community of people
attending. The warmth, the hope, the
healing.
The upbeat attitude. So wonderful to experience
so many people who are working for
a brighter world.
The sense of hope, renewal which all speakers
brought.
Variety of presenters and being reminded that
I went through something really profound
by having cancer; after 2 years I’d
forgotten.
As always, the diversity of your speakers
and performers. There is a little of
everything, but in good measure. Clinical/medical
information, but also laughter and
humor and music. Something for every
part of our being.
The variety of presentations. It addressed
several topics I wanted to learn about.
Besides the excellent stories and informative
talks, I loved the warm atmosphere
- very supportive.
The re-establishment of hope, joy, and
faith about the whole cancer/healing
experience.
The sense of community, the facility (wonderful)
and the extraordinary organization
of thoughtful planning that was so
evident throughout the conference.
The variety of the presentations. The mix
of spiritual, medical, musical, and
humorous presentation is the beauty
of what you do.
Just love the feeling of “we are one” from
people attending, volunteers and presenters
as well.
